New Patients

We want your first dental visit to our office to be a pleasant experience as we establish a vital foundation for your dental care. Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that Dr. Klausmeyer and his staff have all of the needed information to provide the best possible dental care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. We would appreciate it if you would come to your appointment at least 10 minutes earlier so that we can ensure we have all the necessary information from you and your insurance company (if applicable). Bringing a copy of your dental insurance benefits is always extremely helpful. Most insurance companies will give you, the member, much more information than they give us.

In our opinion, an informed and involved patient is most likely to achieve the highest level of health, and we look forward to working with you to achieve this goal.
